From the Inventor

Quite often I am asked as to how did the Musica Medica (Music and Vibrations) idea come about.

Well, it is all because I am a kind of a person that is always asking "why?". So, here is a little anecdote:

15 years ago, a good friend of mine, have asked me to join him to a drumming music show. I have been in a very bad mood those days yet, didn't want to disappoint him as he has bought those tickets weeks ahead of time and so we went to this show.

About 45 minutes into the show my spirit has completely changed I felt pretty joyful and I thought that the band was really good. I bought the CD at the recess time and enjoyed the rest of the show.

Next day being miserable again (some family issues) I have listened to the CD I bought at the show and hell, it sound differently, dull and shallow, WHY?

How come the same music, same band, same instruments and the same interpretation and still such a difference. There must be something there, what is it?

Being a Veterinarian specializing in cats I have been used to purring cats but never ever linked it to my own mood but, a few days later it clicked to me. Cats do purr when they are happy and content. What is in the purring?

Yes! I got it, VIBRATIONS!!! This was missing when I have listened to the CD, there were no vibrations.

The rest is history…
